Principal's Message

Dear Students, Families, and Community,

As the warm days of summer give way to the crisp air and changing leaves of autumn, we're not just welcoming a new season—we're embracing a new chapter of learning and growth here at Oakland Elementary. The start of fall is a perfect time to reflect on our journey so far and to set our sights even higher for the months ahead.

Our staff is committed to fostering an environment where every student can achieve their full potential. This fall, we are renewing our focus on setting high goals and expectations for student achievement. We believe that by challenging ourselves, both in the classroom and in our personal growth, we can reach new heights. We will continue to support our students with innovative teaching methods, dedicated resources, and a nurturing community that encourages them to succeed.

This commitment to excellence is a shared one. We are incredibly grateful for the support we receive from our community and, in particular, our parents. We’ve noticed a wonderful increase in parent involvement, and this growing partnership between home and school is essential to our success. Your participation in events, your support of our teachers, and your encouragement of your children at home makes all the difference. Thank you for being such a vital part of our school family.

Let's continue to work together to make this a season of incredible academic achievement and personal growth for all of our students. We look forward to a successful and productive fall season.

Warmly,

Shaun Stice

Principal, Oakland Elementary
